By moving 11 million tons of material - 30,000 tons daily, our team increased capacity for the client to ensure production and meet market demand. The project required analyzing and segmenting ore body by quality specifications. Our team managed the drilling, blasting and mining of high-quality ore as well as stockpiling the various grades across 7 stockpiles while meeting project timelines and exceeding client satisfaction.
Due to an expedited timeline of the project, Titangeomining operated multiple crews on a 22-hour, 6 day a week schedule to deliver results ahead of schedule and under budget for the client. To effectively meet the client's tight timeline; Titangeomining mobilized over 30 fully trained, MSHA Part 48 in house employees and suitable equipment fleet to ensure the project started on time and finished ahead of schedule.
Scope Of Work
Compliance with IMSHA and Owner’s site-specific safety program requirements.
Wetlands excavation and filling to subgrade. 430,000 CY of soil evaluation and segregation for use as structural fill, low permeable soil liner, protective cover or waste. Constructing 1.2 million SF of soil liner system. Coordination with Owner and 3rd party liner installer for installation of a geomembrane liner system.
